
Refund and Returns Policy
At FANZTOPIC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, we offer a refund or exchange based on the following guidelines:
1. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
We accept returns for items that are:
- In new, unused condition.
- Returned within 30 days of purchase.
- In original packaging with all accessories and documentation.
2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items cannot be returned:
- Personalized or custom-made items.
- Gift cards.
- Sale or clearance items.
3. RETURN PROCESS
To initiate a return, follow these steps:
- Contact us at info@fanztopic.click with your order number and reason for the return.
- We will provide you with return instructions and a return shipping label (if applicable).
- You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error in your order.
4. REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
5. EXCHANGES
If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us within 30 days of purchase. If the item is still available, we will assist in the exchange process. If the item is out of stock, we will issue a refund.
6. DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will offer a full refund or exchange, including return shipping costs.
7. FINAL SALE ITEMS
Certain items are marked as final sale and are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.
